The Sigognac vintages form an exceptional collection of rare eaux-de-vie, refined on the palate and intense in aroma. Every bottle is prepared to order only, allowing each vintage to develop right up to the last moment. The bottling date is shown on the back label of each bottle.

Harvest 1922, in Bas-Armagnac. The Guasch family distils using a copper short-column Armagnac still, almost a century old, then ages each vintage separately in oak casks at Château de Bordeneuve, in Castelnau d'Auzan. The estate holds vintages dating back to 1893.

Baron de Sigognac is produced at Château de Bordeneuve, on the sandy-tawny soils around Eauze, the capital of Bas-Armagnac, by the Guasch family, who have been established in Gascony since the twelfth century.
