For the third edition of the Fest'Armagnac festival, cellar master Ghislain Laffargue and Michael Illouz, founder of the festival, blended several casks from the 1976 vintage. Bottled at cask strength, 45.3% vol., in January 2026, in a limited series of 76 bottles of 50 cl presented in a wooden case, it expresses fifty years of ageing in Bas-Armagnac. On the nose, aromas of dried flowers, ripe fruit, liquorice and delicate smoky notes. The palate is very dense and expressive, with an explosion of aromas: dried fruit, smoked wood, spices and exotic fruit. This vintage retains an extraordinary freshness for its age, a remarkable balance, with great personality and intensity.
