This Bas-Armagnac vintage 1989 from Château de Millet, in a 250 cl pot gascon, is an eau-de-vie from a single harvest year, vinified and distilled on the estate by the Dèche family, who have been grower-producers in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: a very refined nose of dried fruits, tobacco, vanilla, prune and rancio; a frank and generous palate, all roundness and warmth; a complex, fresh finish that calls for a indulgent pairing. The vineyard is managed using reasoned farming practices, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and 2.5 l pot gascon, with a wooden gift box as an option.
Serve with a dark chocolate dessert, whose powerful aromas it perfectly complements
