This Bas-Armagnac vintage 2003 from Château de Millet, in a 70 cl bottle, is a single-harvest eau-de-vie, vinified and distilled at the estate by the Dèche family, who have been grower-producers in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: a very refined nose, with notes of gentle spice and vanilla; a fruity, fresh and well-balanced palate; the gentle spices return on the finish. The vineyard is farmed according to sustainable principles, certified to the highest level of the Haute Valeur Environnementale scheme (level 3). Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and the traditional 2.5 l pot gascon, with a wooden gift box available as an option.
