This Single Cask 2003 comes from a single cask, n°419, selected from the cellars of Dartigalongue for its qualities at a precise stage of its ageing. The cellar master bottled it at the strength that best reveals the vintage, 46% vol., in a limited series of 524 numbered bottles. On the nose, very refined, with notes of honey, vanilla, coconut and stone fruit. The palate opens with a clean attack, spiced and fruity notes, and a fine texture. Delicate exotic fruit notes linger on the finish. A fresh, indulgent Armagnac with pastry-like undertones.
