PELLEHAUT ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1983 BRUT DE FÛT
- Cask 400-litre casks, coarse-grained oak from the estate and Limousin
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc
Harvest 1983, under the Armagnac Ténarèze appellation. The estate distils using a traditional continuous Armagnac still, single-pass, fired with wood, then ages its eaux-de-vie in 400-litre casks of coarse-grained oak from the property and from Limousin. The palate is lively but very fruity, with very ripe black plum. A beautifully lingering finish.
Serve with best enjoyed as a digestif
