MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2004
- Ageing Vintage 2004, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks on the estate
- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, the classic Bas-Armagnac grape varieties grown on the domaine's sandy soils at Eauze
This Bas-Armagnac vintage 2004 from Château de Millet, in a 70 cl bottle, is a single-harvest eau-de-vie, vinified and distilled on the estate by the Dèche family, owner-growers in Eauze for five generations. This vintage appears on the domaine's 2026 price list, but the house does not publish tasting notes for this particular year: we do not invent them. It shares the expertise of the commented vintages, reduced to 42% vol. and aged in oak casks. The vineyard is managed according to sustainable farming principles, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and the traditional 2.5 l pot gascon, with a wooden gift box as an option.
