Dartigalongue Armagnac Vintage 2004
- Ageing Vintage 2004, a single harvest
The 2004 vintage from Dartigalongue opens on vanilla, fresh wood and pastry aromas. The palate is intense: caramel, brioche and cooked fruits, with a floral touch. The finish, fairly long, closes on sandalwood. This indulgent profile makes it a fine choice alongside a dessert, a pain perdu or an apple tart, or with coffee at the end of lunch. It was aged in Nogaro, where the Dartigalongue family has been maturing its eaux-de-vie for six generations. 70 cl bottle in a gift box, for a 2004 birth year.
