BARON DE SIGOGNAC ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1929
- Cask Limousin oak
- Grape varieties Ugni Blanc or Baco
- Terroir tawny sands
- Distillation continuous still of the Armagnac type
January 1929: Tintin appears for the first time in the pages of Le Petit Vingtième. This eau-de-vie comes from the Gascon harvest of that very same year, the year of the Wall Street crash in the autumn. Ninety-seven years later, it ranks among the rarities of Baron de Sigognac. It is made from Ugni Blanc or Baco grown on tawny sands, distilled in a continuous still of the Armagnac type, then aged in Limousin oak casks. For comic book enthusiasts and for those celebrating a very significant anniversary alike, this is a bottle with a story to tell. It is presented in a 70 cl bottle, in a wooden box, with its bottling date on the back.
