CASTARÈDE ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1994
- Ageing 26 years in cask, bottled in 2020
- Cask oak
The 1994 harvest was aged twenty-six years in oak casks by Castarède before being bottled in 2020. Thirty-two years have passed since the grapes were picked. The house prides itself on ageing periods well beyond the regulatory minimums, and on family ownership since 1832. This single-vintage, unblended eau-de-vie is bottled at 40% vol. The 70 cl bottle comes in a gift box, a fitting tribute to a loved one's 32nd anniversary; the back label shows the bottling date.
