JEAN CAVÉ BAS-ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1994

  • Ageing Vintage: eau-de-vie from the 1994 harvest alone, unblended
  • Cask Loose-grain oak, medium toast
  • Distillation Continuous

The Channel Tunnel was inaugurated in May 1994. The autumn harvest in the Gers supplied Jean Cavé with this eau-de-vie, offered here as a single vintage at 48% vol. and also used, alongside those of 1984 and 1988, in their 30-year blend. Distilled by continuous still, it has aged in oak casks. Olympe decanter, wooden arch presentation. A fine choice for a birth, a 1994 wedding anniversary, or a friend settled on the other side of the Channel.
