Single-Oaked is aged in a single type of cask: South-West red oak, with a medium to heavy char. Less tannic than a new cask, it preserves the fruit of the eau-de-vie. A delicate nose of vanilla, plum and peach, an intense and straightforward palate, with a spiced finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, lengthened with tonic or in a cocktail. 43% vol.
