This Bas-Armagnac vintage 2000 from Château de Millet, in a 70 cl bottle, is an eau-de-vie from a single harvest year, vinified and distilled at the estate by the Dèche family, who have been grower-owners in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: a forthright nose combining fruity and vanilla aromas; a palate along the same lines, balanced by a pleasing freshness; a spiced finish, powerful and harmonious. A vintage of fine character, according to the house. The vineyard is farmed using sustainable practices, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and Gascon pot of 2.5 l, with a wooden gift box as an option.
