Gold medal at the Talents de l'Armagnac in 2022, this 2000 vintage dates from the period when Jean-Pierre Dartigalongue was developing the house's sales in the United States. The nose is delicate, with sweet almond, baked apple and elderflower. The palate remains fairly light and fruity; it is the tannins that come through on the finish, after a few minutes of aeration, giving it its length. It therefore needs time in the glass. A 70 cl bottle in a gift box, perfect for celebrating a birth or a wedding anniversary from the year 2000.

2000 was the first vintage of the twenty-first century, a year marked by France's victory at Euro 2000. In Gascony, the vines yielded a fruity and expressive vintage.
