Serve with best enjoyed as a digestif
A fine, amber robe with soft mahogany glints. A superb nose, fresh and elegant, offering pleasant aromas of candied citrus, prunes and gentle spices, with delicate notes of rancio and a subtle hint of vanilla. Rich and refined on the palate, with a lightly caramelised character, resting on a gently spiced foundation, with elegant touches of toasted bread and a finish of apricot and vanilla.

1969 will forever be remembered as the year Neil Armstrong walked on the Moon before a billion television viewers, while Woodstock brought together four hundred thousand revellers. In Gascony, the vines of that legendary year yielded a harvest whose eaux-de-vie, aged for more than five decades in Gascon oak casks, have developed a complex and harmonious profile, ranging from prunes to noble spices.
