DELORD ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1982
- Ageing Eau-de-vie from the 1982 harvest alone, aged in oak casks
- Cask Oak casks, in the house's cellars at Lannepax (Gers)
On 21 June 1982, France celebrated its very first Fête de la Musique. That same year, in Lannepax, the Delord house was distilling the harvest that fills this bottle. Jacques and Pierre Delord were at the helm, and the eau-de-vie has aged in their cellars without ever joining a blend. It is bottled today at 40% vol., the strength of all the house's vintages. A 70 cl basquaise bottle in a wooden case, to celebrate a 44th birthday with the right year on the label.
Serve with Neat, or with a cigar, a chocolate dessert or an arabica coffee, as the house suggests
