Monluc Armagnac Vintage 1984
- Ageing 1984 vintage, harvest year
- Terroir Ténarèze
An Armagnac from 1984 is given the way one gives a date: a birth, a wedding or a birthday from that year, or simply a nod to a generation. A vintage is the eau-de-vie of a single harvest, which the appellation allows only after ten years of age. This one joins the collection that Château de Monluc, in Saint-Puy in the Gers, holds from 1963 to 2016. An Armagnac-Ténarèze in a 70 cl bottle at 43% vol., it can be kept for the right occasion, or given as it is, with the year as its only message.
