The 1985 vintage

The 1985 vintage stands out for its notes of dark fruit, blackberry and blackcurrant, with a characteristic hint of spice. On the palate, a crisp quality and a touch of brightness give this eau-de-vie a lively character, with fine tannins and a lingering finish. It is now at its peak.
