MILLET ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1986 MAGNUM 150 Cl
- Ageing Vintage 1986, single-harvest eau-de-vie, aged in oak casks on the estate
- Cask French oak casks, aged in the cellars of Château de Millet until bottling
- Grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc, Bas-Armagnac grape varieties grown on the sandy soils of the estate, in Eauze
At a large table, a magnum commands attention: it is passed around, admired, photographed. This one holds the 1986 vintage from Château de Millet, a family estate in Eauze since 1890. The grapes, grown on the sandy soils of Bas-Armagnac, were distilled on the estate, and the eau-de-vie aged unhurriedly in oak casks. A birth year, a wedding year, or a year to remember, well worth celebrating together. Sealed in wax, the magnum is bottled at 42% vol. and presented in a wooden gift box.
