A bottle from 1994 holds on to a precise date: a birth, birthday or wedding celebrated in 1994, or a nod to a generation. This vintage Armagnac, from the 1994 harvest, was aged in French oak and carries the Armagnac appellation. At Marcel Trépout, whose Armagnacs originate at Château Notre Dame, the eaux-de-vie mature in oak casks of about 400 litres, then storage continues in glass demijohn, which stops the ageing. 70 cl bottle at 40% vol., a gift that keeps its date.
