Dartigalongue Armagnac Vintage 2002
- Ageing Vintage 2002, single harvest
The 2002 harvest is from the year the euro arrived in French wallets. At Dartigalongue, it has yielded a vintage with a very elegant nose, built around smoked wood, prunes and a hint of vanilla. The palate is generous and full-bodied, with sandalwood, wax and candied fruits; the house highlights a remarkable balance for a vintage of this age. Aged in the cellars of Nogaro, it is presented in a 70 cl bottle with a gift box, perfect for a birthday, a birth or a 2002 wedding anniversary.
