The 2006 is a vintage of freshness. Beautiful pale yellow colour, a fine nose marked by fresh notes of lemon zest and vanilla, a round and elegant palate with delicate fruitiness: the house notes emphasise its vibrancy, through to a fresh and intense finish. The Ugni Blanc used in this eau-de-vie was grown on the sandy soils of Bas-Armagnac. It was distilled in a single pass, then aged alone in oak casks. Bottled at cask strength, it is presented in a wooden gift box.
