Dartigalongue Armagnac Vintage 1965
- Ageing Vintage 1965, a single harvest
At Dartigalongue, ageing is shared between two types of cellars: dry cellars, which tame the vigour of young eaux-de-vie, and damp cellars, which bring roundness and refinement. This 1965 harvest bears their mark. The nose, very expressive, opens on caramel, coffee and gingerbread; the palate continues with Corinthian raisin and dry walnut. The house describes it as a complex, wonderfully smooth vintage. A 70 cl bottle in a gift box, ideal for a birthday, a birth or a wedding anniversary from 1965.
