Marcel Trépout Armagnac Vintage 1972

  • Ageing 1972 vintage, harvest year
  • Cask French oak cask

A 1972 Armagnac is given to mark a date: a birth, a wedding or an anniversary dated 1972. This bottle comes from the Marcel Trépout collection of vintages, which reaches far back into the 20th century. The house's eaux-de-vie age in French oak casks, then, once maturity is reached, continue their conservation in demijohns, which halts the ageing. Harvested in 1972 and offered in a 70 cl bottle at 40% vol., this vintage under the Armagnac appellation makes a gift that carries a date.
