JEAN CAVÉ BAS-ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1972

  • Ageing Vintage: eau-de-vie from the 1972 harvest alone, unblended
  • Cask Oak casks, aged in the family cellars at Lannepax (Gers)

In the history of Jean Cavé, each vintage stands as a chapter of its own: one year, one harvest, one set of conditions. The 1972 was distilled at Lannepax and then aged in oak casks, before joining the collection of old eaux-de-vie assembled by the family over the years. It has never been blended. Serve it in a tulip glass, at room temperature, after coffee, to mark a birth, a wedding anniversary, or any celebration tied to that year.
