This eau-de-vie from 1972 was aged in Limousin oak casks before joining the reserves of Château de Bordeneuve. Two years later, in 1974, the Guasch family became owner of the estate, where it has since looked after the Baron de Sigognac vintages. Fifty-four years separate the harvest from your glass today. It comes from Bas-Armagnac vines planted on tawny sands, Ugni Blanc or Baco, and was distilled in a continuous still of the Armagnac type. The note provided by the house appears below. Bottles are prepared to order only; the bottling date is printed on the back. Size 70 cl, 40% vol., presented in a wooden box.
