Marcel Trépout Armagnac Vintage 1979

  • Ageing 1979 vintage, harvest year
  • Cask French oak cask

An Armagnac from the 1979 harvest naturally finds its place as a gift: a birth, a wedding or an anniversary dating from 1979, or simply a nod to a generation. It belongs to the Marcel Trépout collection of vintages, a house born at Château Notre Dame whose bottles reach far back into the 20th century. Aged in French oak casks, it carries the Armagnac appellation. At Marcel Trépout, once maturity is reached, the eaux-de-vie continue to be kept in glass demijohns, which halts ageing. 70 cl bottle, at 40 % vol.
