LAUBADE ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1986
- Cask Gascon pedunculate oak, 420-litre casks
Baco, one of Laubade's emblematic grape varieties and naturally resistant to vine diseases, grows alongside Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard on the estate; the proportion of each varies from one vintage to the next. This eau-de-vie from 1986 comes solely from the 1986 harvest. The house finds candied mandarin, vanilla, oak and toasted notes on the nose, a round, supple and fruity palate, and a delicate finish. Presented in a 70 cl bottle at 40% vol., it makes a wonderful gift for a birth or wedding anniversary from 1986.
