Twenty-seven years in oak cask, then bottled in 2020: this Castarède 1993 was laid to rest at an age when Armagnac still holds a great deal of fruit. The eau-de-vie comes from a single vintage, unblended, and is bottled at 40% vol. Castarède is a family house founded in 1832. A 70 cl bottle presented in a gift box, for those born in 1993.
