The 1999 harvest is the last before the turn of the millennium. Distilled at Lannepax by the Delord house, still under the stewardship of Jacques and Pierre, it has aged in the family cellars without being blended with any other year. Twenty-seven years on, it is offered at 40% vol., in a basquaise bottle of 70 cl presented in a wooden case. A gift for a child born that year celebrating their 27th birthday, or for a couple who said yes before the year 2000.
Serve with Neat, or with a cigar, a chocolate dessert or an arabica coffee, as the house suggests
