Vintage good

1999 was the final year of the millennium, marked by the release of the film Matrix and the introduction of the euro. In Gascony, the vines yielded a fruity and expressive vintage. After more than a quarter of a century of ageing in Gascon oak casks, these eaux-de-vie offer an approachable, youthful profile, carried by notes of fresh fruit and emerging vanilla.
