A beautiful golden-yellow robe with amber highlights, a fruity and harmonious nose of exotic fruits and vanilla, carried by a light woody note: this is how the house presents its 2000. On the palate, it is very elegant and balanced, with flavours of candied fruits, and the finish remains long and lightly woody. It is one of the most powerful cask strength expressions in the range, at 49.2% vol. It comes in a wooden case, a millennium-crossing bottle for those born in 2000.
