clés des ducs Armagnac 2000

  • Ageing Vintage 2000, distilled at Panjas, unblended

A harvest with a round number: the 2000 vintage was distilled at Panjas by Clés des Ducs, then laid down in cask without ever being blended with another year. For someone born with the new millennium, this is a bottle from their birth year. The cellar master of the house, now part of the Armanoir group, selects the casks that yield a long, rich and smooth eau-de-vie with restrained oak. Bottled at 40% vol., 70 cl Exception decanter, presented in a cardboard gift box.

Aged for a quarter of a century in Gascon oak casks, these eaux-de-vie now present a youthful, lively profile, with fresh fruit, floral notes and a touch of vanilla.
