Cask no. 419 from the 2003 harvest was selected in the cellars of Dartigalongue for its qualities at that stage of its ageing, then bottled at 46% vol. in 524 numbered bottles. In 2023 it received two gold medals, at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and at the Talents de l'Armagnac. The nose, very refined, evokes honey, vanilla, coconut and yellow fruits. The palate opens cleanly, with spiced and fruity notes and a lovely texture, followed by delicate exotic fruit notes on the finish. A fresh, indulgent eau-de-vie with pastry-like accents.
