The XO Hors d'âge from Château de Millet is a blended Bas-Armagnac, vinified and distilled at the estate by the Dèche family in Eauze, and bottled at 42% vol. A blend of the finest Millet armagnacs, aged in oak casks for 15 to 25 years. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: a rich nose of dried fruits and stewed prune; a complex, velvety palate underpinned by notes of toasted hazelnut; a finish of great substance and exceptional length. Available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and pot gascon (2.5 l), with a wooden gift box as an option.
