CHARLES DE GRANVILLE CALVADOS FINE

  • Cask oak

The designation Fine indicates, in the Calvados appellation, an apple brandy that has spent at least two years in oak casks. This is the entry-level expression in the Charles de Granville range, a brand now carried by Bordeneuve Châteaux & Collections: a Calvados where apple remains firmly in the foreground, with the freshness of a young eau-de-vie. Serve it mid-meal as a trou normand over apple sorbet, or lengthened with tonic and a slice of green apple. A 70 cl bottle, equally at home in the kitchen or behind the bar.
