CHARLES DE GRANVILLE CALVADOS HORS D'AGE

  • Cask Oak

In the Calvados appellation, the Hors d'Âge designation is reserved for spirits aged at least six years in oak casks. This threshold changes the character of the Calvados: fresh apple gives way to deeper notes of spices and dried fruits, which the house details in its tasting note below. This is the after-dinner Calvados of the Charles de Granville range, best served neat, in a tulip glass, at room temperature. It pairs well with a caramelised apple tart or a selection of Norman cheeses. 70 cl bottle.
