For the third edition of the Fest'Armagnac festival, Ghislain Laffargue, cellar master at Dartigalongue, and Michael Illouz, founder of the festival, blended several casks from the 1976 harvest. Bottled cask-strength at 45.3% vol., the batch comprises 76 bottles of 50 cl presented in a wooden case. The nose offers dried flowers, ripe fruit, liquorice and delicate smoky notes. The palate is very dense and expressive: dried fruit, smoked wood, spices and exotic fruit, with a surprising freshness. Whisky Fun awarded it 91/100.
