This magnum holds 150 cl of the 1976 from the Dèche family, distilled at Eauze and aged in cask until bottling. It is the natural choice when a celebration brings a large gathering together: a class reunion, or cousins born that same year catching up after years apart. The house describes prunes and figs on the nose, a very well-integrated palate where the aromas broaden and deepen, and a long, spiced finish. Gilbert & Gaillard awarded it 94/100. The magnum, sealed in wax, is bottled at 42% vol. and comes presented in a wooden gift box.
