The nose reveals candied fruits (prune), spice and light tobacco. The palate plays on caramel sweetness, baked apple and soft wood, with barrel-ageing tannins still gently present. Bottled at 40% vol., this vintage Armagnac is presented in a 70 cl bottle, equally suited to leisurely tasting or as an exceptional gift.

How it is made

Traditional vinification to produce an aromatic wine, lightly acidic and low in alcohol. Continuous distillation in the classic Armagnac style: column stills fitted with "spider-leg" plates, ideally suited to the production of aged Armagnacs. Matured in new French oak casks (heavy char), then finished in "semi-exhausted" or fully exhausted barrels.
