Delord's cask-strength releases are bottled at the natural degree of each barrel, without reduction: no two casks will ever be identical. This one comes from cask n°2433, filled with the 1995 harvest and selected by Sylvain Delord. The nose is vanilla-led, supported by beeswax and dried fruits, raisin and apricot; the candied orange on the nose gives way on the palate to bitter orange and honey, followed by cedar and ginger. The house describes it as long, rich and suave. 70 cl bottle at 47.5% vol., presented in a wooden case.
