Distilled after the 1999 harvest, this Armagnac from Castarède, founded in 1832, is a single-vintage eau-de-vie, unblended. It spent 22 years ageing in oak casks before being bottled in 2021, and is bottled at 40% vol. Best enjoyed as a digestif, to celebrate a birth, a wedding or a 1999 anniversary.
