LAUBADE ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1999
- Cask Pedunculate Gascony oak, 420-litre casks
The last harvest of the twentieth century, the 1999 vintage from Château de Laubade was distilled immediately after fermentation, from unsulphited white wines, to preserve their full aromatic richness. It then aged in Gascony oak until bottling at the estate. The house finds vanilla, wood, grape and toasted notes, followed by a fruity, rounded and supple palate, and an aromatically refined finish. Bottled at 40% vol. in a 70 cl bottle, for those born in 1999, or to celebrate a 1999 wedding anniversary.
