DELORD ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2001
- Ageing Eau-de-vie from the 2001 harvest alone, aged in oak casks
- Cask Oak casks, in the house cellars at Lannepax (Gers)
In 2001, Sylvain and Jérôme, Jacques's two sons, formed the new generation at the helm of the house: one dedicated to the product, nosing, tasting and blending it, the other to the art of sharing it with the world. This 2001 harvest is therefore one of the first of their generation. Twenty-five years on, it is equally suited to a silver wedding anniversary or a 25th birthday. A single-vintage eau-de-vie, distilled at Lannepax and aged in oak casks, bottled at 40% vol., in a basquaise bottle of 70 cl, presented in a wooden case.
Serve with Neat, or paired with a cigar, a chocolate dessert or an arabica coffee, as the house suggests
