JEAN CAVÉ BAS-ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1998

  • Ageing Vintage: eau-de-vie from the 1998 harvest alone, unblended
  • Cask Large-grain oak, medium char
  • Distillation Continuous

On 12 July 1998, the French team won the World Cup at the Stade de France. A few weeks later, the Gers harvest began; Jean Cavé drew from it this eau-de-vie, continuously distilled and aged without blending. The house offers it at cask strength, 49.7% vol. Olympe decanter, wooden arch presentation. A perfect choice for a supporter, someone born that year, or a couple marking an anniversary from 1998.
