This Bas-Armagnac vintage 1987 from Château de Millet, in a 150 cl magnum, is a single-harvest eau-de-vie, vinified and distilled on the estate by the Dèche family, who have been grower-producers in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: powerful and complex nose of prune, orange peel and subtle almond notes; on the palate, elegant woody touches (oak, cedar, resinous notes), dried fruits and candied fruits; a lively, lingering finish. The vineyard is farmed using sustainable practices and holds Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 certification. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and 2.5 l pot gascon formats, with a wooden gift box as an option.
