LAUBADE ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 1987
- Cask Gascony pedunculate oak, 420-litre casks
This 1987 vintage belongs to the Célébration range, which the Lesgourgues family reserves for single-year eaux-de-vie matured over a long period in cask. The house sums it up in three words: roundness, balance and depth. It was distilled in the armagnacais still built for the estate in 1974, then overseen by the cellar master, who alternates the casks between drier and more humid cellars. The bottling date, shown on the label, confirms its true age. 70 cl, 40% vol., for those born in 1987.
