This Bas-Armagnac vintage 1987 from Château de Millet, in a 70 cl bottle, is an eau-de-vie from a single harvest year, vinified and distilled on the estate by the Dèche family, grower-owners in Eauze for five generations. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: powerful and complex nose of prune, orange peel and subtle almond notes; on the palate, elegant woody touches (oak, cedar, resinous hints), dried fruits and candied fruits; a lively, lingering finish. The vineyard is managed according to sustainable farming principles, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3. Each vintage is available in 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl, magnum and the traditional 2.5 l pot gascon, with a wooden gift box as an option.
