The Château de Millet VSOP 5 Year Old is a blended Bas-Armagnac, vinified and distilled at the estate by the Dèche family in Eauze, and reduced to 42% vol. A blend of eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of five years in oak casks. The house's 2026 catalogue describes it as follows: nose of vanilla and toasted bread; on the palate, a clean attack with fine acidity and good body, the alcohol well integrated; finish of spice and white fruits such as poached pear, with a pleasing length on fruit and freshness.
