PELLEHAUT ARMAGNAC VINTAGE 2001 BRUT DE FÛT

  • Cask 400-litre casks, coarse-grained oak from the estate and Limousin
  • Grape varieties Folle Blanche
  • Awards Médaille d'Argent à l'International Wine & Spirit Competition 2021

Harvest 2001, under the Armagnac Ténarèze appellation. The estate distils using a continuous armagnacais still, single-heated and wood-fired, then ages its eaux-de-vie in 400-litre casks of coarse-grained oak sourced from the estate itself and from Limousin. The palate is fairly lively and assertive, carrying through the aromas found on the nose. A warming eau-de-vie.
